Established in 2004, developing Hawthorn Springs has had several challenges for creating an area that would go beyond just meeting expectations but exceeding them. One of those challenges was providing a water system that would stand the test of time while satisfying the demand for the area. The developer was able to create that system by digging wells in the valley and then having that water pumped up the mountain. This allows for a gravity fed system that provides exceptional water to all residence of Hawthorn Springs.
